4. Memberships & Event Entry

   Where memberships, league entries, or event tickets are offered:

   • Fees are non-refundable unless an event is cancelled by us.
   • Membership benefits may change at any time.
   • League and tournament rules may be published separately.
   • We reserve the right to suspend or revoke memberships for breaches of these terms.

5. Machine Availability

   We aim to keep machines operational and available; however:

   • Specific games or attractions may be unavailable due to maintenance, repair, rotation, or technical issues.
   • We do not guarantee availability of any particular machine at any visit.

6. Health & Safety

   Visitors attend at their own risk.

   • Some machines contain flashing lights and loud sounds which may affect people with photosensitive epilepsy or similar conditions.
   • Children must be supervised at all times.
   • Food and drinks should be kept away from machines and equipment.

   Please immediately report hazards, faults, or accidents to staff.

7. Personal Property

   Skillshot Wales is not responsible for:

   • Lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
   • Damage to vehicles parked nearby.
   • Personal items left at the venue after events.

8. Photography & Social Media

   We may occasionally take photographs or videos during events for promotional use on our website and social media channels.

   By attending public events, you consent to incidental inclusion in such media unless you notify staff in advance.

   You may not commercially film or photograph the venue without permission.

9. Website Use

   You agree not to:

    • Customers are responsible for ensuring they legally own any machine submitted for repair.
    • We are not liable for pre-existing faults, hidden defects, or manufacturer issues.

12. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skillshot Wales shall not be liable for:

    • Indirect or consequential losses.
    • Loss of enjoyment, profits, or data.
    • Injury or damage caused by misuse of machines or failure to follow instructions.
